Erdington Hall Children’s Centre is part of Sure Start’s exciting new nationwide initiative to bring together the delivery of local Services for children and families. Our aim is to provide high quality integrated childcare, education, health, training and family support services which serves to help children’s development, support families with young children, assist parents who wish to return to work and those currently unemployed.
We currently offer the following services for children under 5 and their carers:
Early Years Education:
Stay and Play – is for pre-school children and their parents
Active Kids - active play for under 5’s and their carers
Baby signing – signing for babies to help develop communication with their carers
Toy Library – borrow our toys for free
Baby Bubble - for pregnant mums and mums with babies
Visits to all babies within 2 months of birth
Information and guidance on breast feeding, weaning, healthy eating
One to one family Support and advice for children and parents
121 LINC – support for parents to manage their child’s behaviour.
Benefits Advisor - can advise on benefits, finances, housing issues etc.
Family Information Services – supporting parents with any childcare queries.
Independent, impartial legal
advice. For concerns about
litigation, immigration, benefits,
employment, housing etc.
